About
Jess is a director, animator and artist from Dublin, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Since joining JAM Media in 2016, Jess has enjoyed working on an assortment of animated children’s television productions for Amazon, Nickelodeon, WGBH, RTÉ and most recently as an episodic director for BBC series Nova Jones.
Along with her day to day work, Jess also keeps herself busy directing short films and music videos. Her most recent work includes festive short film ‘Mistletoe and Stubbs’ (2020) commissioned by RTÉ, ‘The Voyage’ with Christy Moore created in aid of RTÉ Does Comic Relief 2020 and ‘The Wiremen’ (2018), produced as part of Screen Ireland’s Frameworks fund.
Jess is currently working in development for an early pre-school series and learning how to punch-needle in her free time.
